Ordering terms

Pickup only

Orders are for pickup at Palmer Market, 2156 Main St, Palmer, TN 37365. We don't deliver.

Paying

Pay at the counter when you pick up your order. Prices and sales tax are shown at checkout.

When your order is confirmed

Your order is confirmed when the store accepts it, and we'll email you then with the time it'll be ready. We may call the number you give us to confirm a first order. An order that isn't accepted within about 15 minutes is cancelled automatically, and we'll email you. We may decline an order, for example when we're out of something or too busy.

Please pick up what you order

Food is made fresh for you. If an order isn't picked up, we may stop offering online ordering to that account. To change or cancel an order, please call us at (931) 779-5565 as soon as you can.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens. We can't guarantee any item is allergen-free; tell us about any allergy in the order notes.

Accounts

One account per person, please. We may close accounts used for fake or abusive orders.
