What we collect

• Your account: name, email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Your orders: what you ordered, the name and phone number for pickup, and any notes.
• Your rough location: when you place an order, we use the approximate area your internet connection comes from to check you're near the store. We don't track you.

How we use it

• To make your order, email you about it (received, accepted, ready, or cancelled), and call you if we need to confirm it.
• To keep the ordering system safe from fake or prank orders.

We don't sell your information or send marketing emails.

Who else handles it

The site runs on services that store or send data for us: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email). If card payments are ever turned on, Stripe handles card details; we never see or store your card number.

Deleting your account

To have your account and personal details deleted, call us at (931) 779-5565. We keep a basic record of past orders for our books.
